We are the internal recruitment partner working with a well-established independent, family-owned enterprise that has been a cornerstone in the UK’s foodservice distribution sector for nearly five decades.
Are you a warm, professional individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service? We’re currently seeking a part-time Receptionist/Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis, with the role running until the end of September 2025.
This is a varied and customer-facing role where you’ll serve as the welcoming face and voice of the Depot. As the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, you’ll greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and promptly relayed to the appropriate departments.
Your responsibilities will also include making occasional outbound calls to take customer orders or payments and assisting with customer enquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience
