Description

C&M Aquatic Centre is a family owned swim school that has been successfully providing swimming lessons to children and adults in the Bankstown area for 30 years.
We are currently on the lookout for a receptionist to join our friendly team. This position would suit a mature person looking for a fulfilling job in a rewarding environment. You will be a responsible key member of our team, contributing to the development of our swim school.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers;
  • Answering enquiries over the phone, via email or over the front desk;
  • Maintaining customers details in the database;
  • Ensuring customers fees are paid on time;
  • Replenishing stock;
  • Making coffee;
  • Assisting with the management of class bookings;
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment;
  • General office administration tasks;
  • Other duties as required by the Manager.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role;
  • Excellent communication, organisation and computer skills;
  • Confident with Microsoft office particularly Word and Excel;
  • Experience working with children;
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment;
  • Experience in the aquatic industry is preferred but not required;
  • Valid First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) qualifications.
  • Valid Working With Children Check.
