Your role will be to provide a welcoming experience for visiting clients and to support, coordinate and deliver, as a member of the Assess Medical Group team, a range of high quality, client focused processes and services for the provision of independent medical assessment and advice to our clients. ASSESS reserves the right to adjust role responsibilities and functions in line with the strategic direction and needs of the business. Job Description To coordinate and deliver as a member of a client services team, a range of high quality, client focused business services for the provision of independent medical assessments and advice to Assess Medical Group clients. Specifically: Respond to scheduling requirements and changes as necessary to maximise the booking rate of available consultant appointments. Liaise with clients to implement the provision of agreed services to meet client requirements, in accordance with consultant scheduling, client service agreements and organisational processes, standards and protocols. Assist in preparation to complete medical files to ensure that scheduled appointments can be completed effectively by the consultant practitioner. Provide administrative support to the consultant practitioner, as necessary, to support the effective delivery of their services to Assess Medical Group. Provide information and advice to clients, or prospective clients, to ensure that an effective client relationship is developed and maintained to the benefit of both parties. Coordinate the preparation, production, and release of consultant practitioner reports with individual consultants and RPU, in accordance with organisational procedures, quality and service standards. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and foster positive client and consultant practitioner relationships. Undertake other tasks assigned to Client Services, including reception duties, to provide a comprehensive and high standard of quality services to clients. Respond to client enquiries regarding report status, invoicing, or other matters to support their receipt of ‘quality’ and timely reports. Establish and maintain effective and robust relationships with all medical Consultants, external Clients, and internal staff to ensure the delivery of excellence in quality and service. Qualifications A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. Experience in understanding case management practices relating to independent medical reports would be beneficial but not essential. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service to both internal and external clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environment. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement. Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Additional Information Why join us?
