Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional, and seamless welcome. You will ensure every guest’s experience begins and ends on a high note, assisting with check-in, check-out, and all guest queries throughout their stay. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, customer service, and being part of an ambitious and evolving team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Manage reservations and ensure all guest details are correct in the system
  • Respond to guest enquiries both in person and via phone/email
  • Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions
  • Work closely with housekeeping, dining, and spa teams to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Uphold the hotel’s high standards of service and presentation, especially during our ongoing transformation into a 5-star destination
