We are NORDEN, and we are looking for an outgoing and service-minded Receptionist to our front desk, providing a welcoming first impression with professionalism and clear communication.
Become a member of our team in Copenhagen and contribute to a supportive group of three colleagues where your interpersonal abilities are highly valued.
Most of your work will be centered around the front desk — greeting visitors from around the world, assisting colleagues, coordinating practicalities and making sure everything runs seamlessly in the office.

You thrive on creating a welcoming atmosphere and bringing structure to a busy, international environment. With a friendly and attentive mindset, you handle both the small details and unexpected situations with ease.
Clear communication comes naturally to you — whether face-to-face, on the phone or in writing.

Further, we are looking for a colleague who already is:

  • Already living in Denmark.
  • Holding a minimum of 2 years of experience from a similar position.
  • Service-minded, outgoing and comfortable interacting with new people every day.
  • Knowledgeable in navigating diverse international environments and able to adjust to various circumstances.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
  • Proficient in using MS Office as a practical daily tool.
  • Structured in approach with a high level of attention to detail.

This is a full-time position, with the reception open Monday-Thursday from 08.30–16.30 and Friday from 8.30-16, where you will have the primary responsibility for staffing the front desk.

Responsibilities

Your work will help shape the daily experience at NORDEN — from creating warm welcomes to keeping the office running smoothly. Making sure every detail adds up to great service.

What you will be doing:

  • Greet visitors, check them in and offer refreshments while ensuring security procedures are followed.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with a high level of professionalism and attention.
  • Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming and ready to impress.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manage deliveries and sort incoming mail.
  • Support colleagues with practical tasks — from arranging taxis to ordering flowers.
  • Event planning and coordinating.
