We are seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant for our prestigious HQ in St Helier. As part of this role you will also offer administration duties so those candidates who have admin skills are ideally suited to the role.
The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely, professional and pleasant manner
  • Efficiently deal with queries or put through to the appropriate Department as required
  • Manage bookings diary for meeting rooms
  • Take receipt of deliveries to the office
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Adhere to security procedures for Reception areas
  • Maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Overall responsibility for office administration tasks and provide other appropriate ad hoc duties when required, to meet the needs of other departments
