JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Data entry clerk to join our team in our Edmonton, AB office. This candidate is expected to have the ability to comfortably interact with customers, clients, and staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of accountability and confidentiality, which are crucial to this role.

Responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Data Entry and upkeep of the Kova Red UTL database while ensuring a high level of accuracy in accordance with our database policy
  • Review technical reports for deficiencies or errors and contact technician to clarify incompatibilities
  • Create formalized reports of inspection findings from technicians to be reviewed and stamped by engineers
  • Ensure all formal reports and invoices are emailed/mailed to clients on a daily basis
  • Maintain client confidentiality and satisfaction with professionalism
  • Maintain communication among employees, ensure all employees are following proper protocol
  • Prepare reports and correspondence between office staff and clients
  • Update customer and account information on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure file record keeping is organized on the server
  • Provide exemplary communication with professionalism between all departments and clients
  • Strong computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
