SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

· 2+ years reception experience preferred

Responsibilities

The Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk at Malley Industries Inc plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your responsibilities would include greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to various departments. This role will report to the Director of Finance.
Your work would involve sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining organized filing systems, and performing accurate data entry—particularly related to inventory and accounting along with other business records. Proficiency with office software and strong attention to detail are essential.
Successful candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in administrative and clerical tasks. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required (oral proficiency in French is required).
