JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is required; experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties is essential.

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
