  • Manage inventory and supply orders.
  • Coordinate suppliers and technical interventions.
  • Prepare and print the standard documents.
  • Follow up on requests to open and close the premises.

4. Operational, administrative and organizational support

  • Coordinate professional bookings: taxis, hotels, plane and train tickets, restaurants and lunches.
  • Ensure the management and monitoring of access badges, in accordance with applicable security rules.
  • Participate in the organization of lunches within the Bank, in coordination with the people concerned.
  • Ensure that lunch orders are placed with caterers and that they are set up and served, in accordance with the Bank's reception standards.
  • Contribute to conviviality and internal cohesion by participating in the organization of festivities, team activities, lunches and other internal events.

  • A culture based on human values, discretion, collaboration and the development of lasting relationships.
  • The opportunity to play a key role in the first impression given to customers, prospects and visitors.
  • A professional environment where rigor, a sense of service and attention to detail are fully valued.
