Description

We are looking for a mature, professional Receptionist who can multitask and work effectively in a team environment. The successful applicant must be committed to excellent patient care and provide administrative support throughout our medical practice.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; and the ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Be willing to work in a learning environment and possess a positive attitude
  • Be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Have exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the aesthetics industry
  • Have a passion for skin care
  • Be comfortable with the ability to educate patients on the various products and treatments that we provide

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries from employees, patients, business partners, and all other stakeholders
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
  • Maintain effective communication, information flow, and rapport between all team members
  • Input patient data and information in software programs
  • Be knowledgeable to all treatments/products to answer any patient questions confidently
  • Creates an excellent experience for customers through a friendly attitude and demonstrating product & service offering expertise
  • Maintain front desk and reception waiting area appearance
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
