Join Dimple Amani, London’s leading holistic and Ayurvedic wellness brand loved by celebrities, top editors, and global influencers. With a flagship clinic in Knightsbridge and residencies in Selfridges Oxford Street, Liberty London, and Selfridges Birmingham, we are rapidly expanding and are seeking a Reception Manager who embodies efficiency, charm, and excellence.
Role Overview:
As the Reception Manager, you will be the face and heartbeat of our Knightsbridge clinic – responsible for delivering a flawless 7-star guest experience while managing a team of 10+ elite therapists and handling multi-location client communications.
You’ll need to be a natural multitasker, able to juggle front-of-house duties, therapist scheduling, client relations, and administrative tasks – all with poise, professionalism, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Client Care
  • Warmly welcome clients and deliver a seamless luxury experience from entry to exit
  • Serve teas, manage VIP client protocols, and ensure the space is always immaculate
  • Support high-profile bookings, including with founder Dimple Amani’s private clientele
  • Bookings & Communication
  • Manage calls, emails, chats, and messages – including bookings and reschedules for all Dimple Amani locations (Selfridges, Liberty & many more )
  • Handle client queries, therapist updates, and cross-location scheduling confidently
  • Operations & Team Management
  • Oversee daily operations, rota checks, therapist check-ins/outs, and time sheet tracking
  • Ensure each room meets brand hygiene and presentation standards
  • Liaise with cleaning staff and ensure stock levels are replenished * Report directly to the PA of Dimple Amani
  • Sales & Performance Tracking
  • Recommend and upsell services and products
  • Track therapist sales performance (product and service)
  • Collect and manage client feedback and reviews

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar front-of-house or reception management role within beauty, wellness, or luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills – able to manage a team while staying client-focused
  • Confident with booking systems, email/chat correspondence, and handling VIP clients
  • Warm, well-spoken, elegant, and professional appearance
  • Sales-savvy and able to communicate benefits of treatments and products naturally
  • Highly flexible and reliable – willing to stay after hours if treatments are still running
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Deeply respectful of the founder’s vision and brand values
