Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a dual role where you will lead by example at reception while also stepping up as a Duty Manager during weekends. You’ll ensure every customer has an outstanding experience – from the moment they check in to the time they leave.

RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring all participants have valid tickets, trampoline socks, and signed waivers.
  • Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintaining a professional, clean, and organised reception area.
  • Operating and overseeing Virtual Reality machines near reception (training provided).
  • Processing bookings, payments, and customer queries efficiently.

DUTY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring high standards of customer service and safety.
  • Managing staff on shift, allocating duties, and motivating the team.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards across the park are consistently met.
  • Handling any escalated customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Taking responsibility for opening and closing the park, including security checks.
  • Supporting the management team in compliance, health & safety, and staff training.
