  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage).
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION:

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Tasheel Center in Sajja, Sharjah. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while handling inquiries and administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Guide customers regarding Tasheel services, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, customer waiting lists, and follow-up calls.
  • Coordinate with HR, PRO, and service counters for smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Perform basic administrative support including data entry, filing, and documentation.
