Medical Receptionist (Night Shift) – Healthcare / Medical Center

We are looking for Receptionist to join our team for the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Register patients and manage appointments using clinic systems
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Handle insurance and cash billing processes
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
• Ensure smooth patient flow during evening and night hours

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a medical center or clinic is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn clinic systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work night shifts

Job Details

• Position: Full-time
• Shifts: 10 hours straight shift OR Split shift duty
• Location: Ajman

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
