Job Description 📍 Location: Tirana, Albania – Rruga Myslym Shyri 🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Manage appointments, calls, and general inquiries professionally. Handle and distribute correspondence, deliveries, and messages. Support simple client or public requests and provide company information. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Assist with reservations and accommodation when needed. Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, mail dispatch, and photocopying. Monitor attendance records and manage internal documentation and archiving. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Business, Administration, Communication, Languages, or similar field). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
