So let’s win together Job Description As a Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a first class experience to all visitors and take responsibility for the standards and operation of the reception area, answering the phone and supporting the Workplace Manager as and when required. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities team, This role will allow you to deliver the best levels of customer service satisfaction to agreed department key performance indicators. This role will also provide cover for the post room when required, as appropriate. What you will do Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner on arrival, offer the chance for a refreshment and communicate their presence to the appropriate individual via telephone or email. Ensure Reception areas are always clean and tidy and professionally presented, representing our standards at times. Operate and manage the enquiries effectively with a warm and friendly manner as appropriate Ensuring all messages are managed and communicated in a professional friendly manner Manage the reservation of the meeting rooms on the computerized meeting room booking system effectively as appropriate Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms Coordinating all department related services such as room bookings, travel arrangements, office and kitchen supplies, catering requests, office machinery and consumables in a professional manner Organizing and delivering internal and outgoing mail communication to ensure timely delivery of business correspondence Assisting with the organization of meetings, workshops, seminars, company events Booking couriers and taxis as and when appropriate Responsible for carrying of the role of Fire Marshall Qualifications Good written and spoken communication abilities with experience of communicating at all levels Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 suite Working knowledge of a computerised switchboard Be able to work under pressure Polite and courteous Well organised High attention to detail The ability to prioritise workload Previous experience in large corporate environment preferred Fluency in English; Additional Information At Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
