Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good time management skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills. Receptionist experience preferred. Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities of the Receptionist: Greeting all visitors to the nursing home, answering questions and guiding them to proper location Answering phones, taking messages, and returning phone calls Organizing transportation for patients needed to keep appointments at outside facilities. Performing clerical duties such as copying, faxing, emailing, etc. Route calls, messages, faxes and perform other clerical tasks. Order and maintain inventory supplies. Provide basic information of the services of the nursing home to clients. Receive and forward admission inquiries to the marketing department.

Responsibilities

The receptionist will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general clerical tasks such as filing and inventory maintenance. They are also responsible for coordinating patient transportation and forwarding admission inquiries to the appropriate department.
