JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Clerical experience is advantageous, particularly in a customer-facing role
