Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for clients—greet, assist, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and client records.
  • Support the clinic Audiologist by coordinating bookings and following up with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, to ensure a welcoming clinic environment.
  • Contribute to strategies that increase client inquiries, increase clinic foot traffic, and enhance overall clinic success.
