You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
You respond to our guests’ questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering e-mails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews and much more
You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late and nightshifts, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
