QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail required
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Basic familiarity with MS PowerPoint preferred
  • Experience with multi-line phone system, paging, photo identification equipment strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit for extended periods and to perform some standing, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, lifting; moderate range of body motions.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, job candidates, and teammates from other DaVita locations to appropriate destination within the building. Ensure completion of visitor sign-in, and security procedures (40%)
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate contact (10%)
  • Oversee mailroom, including processing of letters, documents, and packages in a timely manner (20%)
  • Handle special administrative projects as well as overflow work from the department as requested (10%)
  • Keep manager well-informed of activities and results of efforts, problems or potential problems identified (5%)
  • Sign for deliveries when necessary and notify recipients, i.e. flower deliveries, lunch, courier, etc. (5%)
  • Create teammate identification badges as necessary per established standards using appropriate visitor applications (10%)
