Overview We are seeking a Receptionist/Resident Technology Specialist to provide technology support and instruction to residents, assisting with personal devices and resident-facing campus technology. In this role, you will focus on improving resident engagement, connectivity, and overall quality of life through patient, one-on-one support. Responsibilities Assist residents with smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. Provide basic troubleshooting and device setup. Support resident-facing technology (TV channels, digital signage, surveys, QR codes). Offer simple instruction and technology education to residents. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service. Qualifications HS diploma or equivalent. Basic to intermediate knowledge of consumer technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and comfort working with older adults. Service-oriented and dependable. Ability to move across campus and lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred skills: Experience working with seniors or in a support role. Prior IT, help desk, or technology assistance experience.
