We are seeking fresher and proactive Female Receptionist to join our team at CRYSTLE PALACE BUSINESS CENTER. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be capable of managing daily operations efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have intermediate degree ( graduate prefer)

Responsibilities

1) Reception and Customer Service:

  • Greeting visitors and clients.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Managing inquiries and providing information about services.

2)Office Management:

  • Overseeing office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs for facilities.
  • Managing office space allocation.
  • Send out timely renewal notices and handle contract renewals.
  • Prepare and manage client contracts.

3)Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Organizing meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Coordinating schedules for staff and services.
  • Managing calendars for executives or teams.
  • Solve issues related to daily operations and client inquiries with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.

4)Document Management:

  • Maintaining files and records, both digital and physical.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Managing contracts and agreements.
