Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a full-time Reception role. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our customers and supporting internal operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Accurately enter dispatch information into internal systems while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Make outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and updates with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support via phone and email, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area
  • Assist the operations team with basic administrative tasks and coordination
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces, including the lunchroom
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
