Since then, they have grown to become one of the largest and most respected strata management companies on Vancouver Island. In this full-time, in person role you will be an integral part of the team providing first point of contact for clients, owners, trades and vendors. The ability to communicate effectively is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Customer service skills and/or experience

  • Greeting and assist clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed
  • Open and distribute incoming mail, assist with processing outgoing mail
  • Scanning documents for backup purposes
  • Receiving important documents from owners/clients and updating software with received info.
