Geographical Location: Arachas office, Naas. Reports To: Team Leader 9month, Maternity Cover, full-time office based role. The purpose of this role is to provide front of house service to customers in the office while also being the first point of contact on our phone lines and carry out administration duties. This role provides first class service to our customers. Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities Activity Management: First point of contact for our phone lines, directing calls to the relevant parties Providing a high level of customer service to our clients Opening & distribution of post Administration duties Customer Service: Friendly rapport with customers as the first point of contact for Arachas Welcome customers to the office location along with ensuring relevant documentation is completed on arrival Team Collaboration: Collaborating with team members Working alongside a team to ensure the company objectives. Ensuring customer queries are directed to the relevant teams Compliance: Ensuring all compliance standards are met Requirements Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills are essential Possess a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to and embrace change Attention to detail. Possess the ability to manage deadlines & prioritise workload. The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to unforeseen events. A good degree of personal organisation and a structured approach to time and resource management Person Specification Experience working in a similar role.
