Receptionist, FM - Outpt – Korangi Department: Integrated Medical Services Entity: Aga Khan University Hospital Location: Korangi-Medical Center, Pakistan Introduction: The Aga Khan University Hospital in addition to its five Hospitals creates access through its Outreach Services which include Clinical Laboratories, Outpatient Medical Centres, Pharmacy services, Home Health and other services. Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan. Outpatient Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and Physiotherapy, and cater to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations. Responsibilities: Provide administrative services that include handling phone calls & scheduling patient appointments Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate record of same. Coordinate regularly with the supervisor/coordinator to report unit-related matters and seek guidance in addressing any issues Maintain Patient’s confidential medical records, electronically and physically. Communicate the daily appointment schedule to the nurse in charge before clinic hours to assist with preparation and ensure the smooth operation of clinic services Resolve any patient complaints on the spot and report them to supervisor. Requirements: You should have: A bachelor’s degree with two to three years of experience mainly working at front office Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu Knowledge and experience of good customer service Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks Basic computer knowledge and its application Good email writing skills. Willingness to work in shift duties Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
