Our Opportunity   Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.   Roster: Monday to Friday   We are seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organisation. This role would suit a professional and dependable individual with excellent customer service skills and a warm, approachable manner. While previous reception experience is not essential, strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with people, and a positive attitude are key. We are looking for someone who values stability, takes pride in their work, and is seeking a long-term position where they can become a trusted and consistent presence within our team.Key Responsibilities Answering and servicing a busy switchboard, managing a high volume of phone calls and redirecting accordingly Welcoming visitors in a professional manner Notifying correct department representatives/individual staff member when visitors arrive Strictly adhere to front of office security guidelines Maintain a professional presentation of the office, meeting rooms, reception area and kitchens Ordering and distribution of office and kitchen supplies Mailroom distribution management and courier coordination Updating registers General administration duties Reporting building maintenance requests Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in customer service Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly effective team player Administration skills Proficient Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint About Us   Be part of something big.
