POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our automotive team. The primary responsibility of this role is answering and directing incoming calls efficiently and courteously. As the first point of contact for our dealership/service center, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers, we want to hear from you. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibility – Answering Calls * Promptly answer and direct high volumes of incoming calls. * Accurately transfer calls to the appropriate department (sales, service, parts, finance, etc.). * Take detailed and accurate messages when necessary. * Provide basic information about services, hours, and directions. Front Desk & Customer Support * Greet and assist customers as they arrive. * Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment. * Support administrative tasks as needed. * Assist with appointment confirmations and follow-up calls.
