We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role involves welcoming visitors, managing correspondence, coordinating appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and attentive, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for clients, guests, and colleagues. Welcoming and assisting visitors of all seniority levels; Managing the Company’s internal and external communications; Coordinating and maintaining calendars, arranging appointments; Handling incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and welcoming business clients and guests; Supporting document flow across Company departments; Executing administrative processes and procedures; Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office; Providing support for ad hoc tasks as needed; Ensuring confidential handling of sensitive and corporate information. Excellent interpersonal skills; Experience in documents turnover organizing ( in electronic format) and skills in corporate documentation preparation / filing/ keeping; 1-3 years’ experience in such a role; Strong organizational, communication, and social skills; Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail; Ability to recognize the issue and fix it independently; Multitask and ability to arrange priorities and handle multiple priorities; Fluent in Russian, English, and Greek (oral & written); Advanced computer skills; High level of responsibility, service-minded, positive, and team-oriented attitude; Bachelor or Master Degree; Ability to execute in high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities; Great team player and willingness to learn.
