We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service to our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and experience with various EMR systems.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, including ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT coding, and Medicare processes.
  • Experience in medical office management or administrative support within a healthcare setting.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance patient communication.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong clerical experience including filing, typing (10 key typing), and managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
