POSITION:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Service Department here at Fast Fit in Shaftesbury . If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and thrive on providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
Past experience of welcoming customers face to face, dealing with enquiries over the telephone and basic admin work are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Meeting and greeting guests.
• Answering incoming enquiries.
• Light administration duties.
• Providing a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the booking system.
• Process payments, and assist with basic invoicing when required.
