Description:
Due to rapid growth and high demand, we are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Front of House to join our great team.
The salon is a very spacious, modern and friendly environment in which to work.
We have a full time position available and the person appointed will be required to work at least two late evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW JOB ROLE:

Joining the team at The Venue is your first step to being part of a well-established and luxurious beauty salon located in the heart of Wallisdown and Westbourne.
We work with the best products and brands such as Alma Lasers, The Gel Bottle, Neo Strata, Dermalogica, Alumier, Navy, CooLifting and Cryotherapy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking bookings, greeting clients, serving refreshments and providing a high level of customer service
- Helping the salon manager with administrative tasks and helping to maintain the salon appearance
- Liaising with other senior team members
- Providing clients with advice on products (training provided)
- Marketing and promoting the salon
- Selling retail and upselling treatments
You must also have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. This would ideally have been gained in a salon environment, but could also cover a customer-facing / reception role in the beauty, spa, hotel or retail industries.
You will receive excellent training, competitive pay, and fantastic support from our dedicated team.
