• Schedule and manage appointments for multiple barbers
• Answer and respond to all incoming calls and messages
• Handle payment transactions
• Manage inventory of barber supplies
• Assist with day-to-day operations and shop upkeep
• Create and assist with social media content and posting
• Support business communications such as memos and letters
