Welcoming on-site guests, determine nature of business, and announces guest to appropriate personnel. Assist Executive Assistant or Business Office Manager with clerical duties to include faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files. Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Support administration team and special projects as assigned. Responsibilities

Manage professional call routing and welcome on-site guests to the facility. Provide clerical support to the administration team, including mail distribution and file maintenance.
