PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a client in Traverse City who is actively looking to hire qualified candidate for a receptionist who is ready to start immediately.

RECEPTIONIST QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR certification
  • 1 years in a secretarial capacity preferred
  • Experience in a health care setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of general business practices
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and assignments
  • Must be able to function independently and work effectively with other personnel
  • Must pass drug test and background check

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service when answering phones, greeting participants, and assisting visitors to direst them to the appropriate staff
  • Perform basic clerical duties as directed and operate business machines as needed
  • Support behavior management plans as directed by the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain security and participate safety by following procedures, monitoring logbook, ad issuing visitor badges
  • Sort and distribute mail as assigned Assist with monthly mailings and new enrollee procedures
  • Assist center director and quality assurance department with administrative duties as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
