Asbury Grace Park (Stroudsburg, PA) Personal Care Home Licensed for 92 Beds Secured Memory Care Unit Job Description As Receptionist, you will be entrusted with front-office responsibilities that are essential to the smooth operation of our organization. This position demands professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and generous salary starting at $15 per hour. This is a Full-Time position with working hours of Sunday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and some holidays. Manage all incoming phone calls Greet, direct and provide information or support to residents, staff and visitors Oversee mail and package distribution Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Execute computer-based tasks, office work, and special projects as assigned by the Office Coordinator or other Supervisors with diligence and accuracy Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system and other common office equipment Advanced proficiency in standard office software applications, with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite 2+ years administrative experience in a professional office or healthcare environment is strongly preferred Important Note: A comprehensive pre-employment background check is mandatory and will be conducted prior to employment.
