Huntersville Ford is looking for a Receptionist. We are a locally owned and operated dealership located in the southern end of the Lake Norman Area. Our dealership was founded in 2002 by Dan Parks and Vernon Krause who have been in business together since 1991. Mr. Stacy Cowan joined our team as General Manager in 2019 and became a partner in 2020. Our community trusts us, and our commitment to excellent customer service keeps our neighbors coming back.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Schedule may include evenings and weekends. Closed Sundays.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Light Clerical such as filing, scanning documents
  • Other duties as assigned
