We are recognised for providing excellent medical and cosmetic procedures and are based in the centre of Manchester.
We are seeking a full time, permanent, professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to cover Monday to Friday early, middle and late shifts and also provide holiday/absence cover when required at weekends.
Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
  • Competent in using Medbase and Extranet software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
