KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver a professional and courteous reception service for all visitors
• Manage site inductions, including booking forms, biometrics onboarding, and the Sizewell induction platform
• Provide flexible cover in the absence of other receptionists
• Maintain signing-in registers, telephone lists, and reception notes
• Handle deliveries, scanning documents, logging them, and notifying addressees
• Monitor and replenish stock of refreshments, lanyards, and stationery
• Share staff updates on travel issues as required
• Keep reception and seating areas tidy, projecting a professional company image, and support the Office Manager with ad hoc duties
