Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at Family Adventures Group. This role is vital in supporting our nursery operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for families and staff alike. Based in our inspiring nurseries, you will play a key role in shaping the experiences of children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Assist with data entry and management of nursery documents.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for visitors.
  • Support the team with clerical tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Google Suite for communication and documentation purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
