JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong command of computerised systems, and the ability to maintain a welcoming office environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in computerised systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an office environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with clerical processes and office management is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Utilise Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration with team members.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as required.
  • Maintain an organised reception area that reflects the professionalism of the company.
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks, including bookkeeping using QuickBooks when necessary.
