Descrizione del lavoro

  • Ensure compliance with the facility’s security and access procedures;
  • Welcome and assist visitors, providing them with information and support;
  • Efficiently manage all incoming phone calls, routing communications to the appropriate departments;
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as handling access authorization requests, setting up meeting rooms and catering, document archiving, and stationery management.
  • Carry out any other administrative and operational support activities as needed.

QUALIFICHE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in receptionist or front office roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, courtesy, and customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with using computer tools and software for communication management.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and multifunctional environment.
