JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
  • To handle all in-coming and out-going calls.
  • To assist in general administration duties as instructed by superiors as when need arises.
  • To undertake relevant typing, filing, sorting and photocopying of correspondences and other contractual documents, when need arises.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM/STPM.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
  • Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
  • Must be a team player, committed and result-oriented.
  • Must be able to type and computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
