Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about the facility - Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and administrative tasks - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist residents and guests with their needs and inquiries - Ensure security protocols are followed, and visitor logs are accurately maintained Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Warm, approachable personality with a genuine desire to assist others - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently - Reliable and punctual with a flexible attitude - Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment - Availability to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm without exceptions At Grand Villa of Delray Beach, we foster a caring and supportive environment where our team members can grow and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
