Located inside a busy Petbarn store, our clinic offers a bright, open-plan layout with two spacious consult rooms, a well‑organised prep area and a fully equipped surgical suite. About the role This is a Permanent Full-Time position. As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first smiling face our clients see. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming clients and patients on arrival Answering phones and booking appointments using our patient management system Processing payments and managing invoicing Handling incoming and outgoing client emails Preparing patient admission paperwork Supporting banking and other admin duties Triaging patients (training provided during induction) Providing basic advice on vaccine schedules, food and parasite prevention Preparing estimates for elective procedures Working closely with our team to maintain smooth daily clinic operations This is a busy, rewarding role where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to use and grow your customer service and organisational skills.
