As a Casual Assistant Groomer/Receptionist, you’ll split your time between helping our furry clients look and feel their best—and greeting their humans with warmth and efficiency. It’s a unique hybrid of customer service, care, and cuddles!

What You’ll Do

• Assist with grooming prep: Assist groomers in bathing and preparing pets for grooming
• Support head groomers: during grooming sessions, ensuring each pet receives gentle handling and attention
• Reception duties: warmly welcome clients, manage bookings, handle phone and email enquiries, and process payments
• Retail duties: Provide information about our premium pet product range to customers and process and handle transactions
• Create a calming environment: monitoring pets comfort, offering fresh water, snacks, and understanding animal body language
• Maintain our boutique: keep salon areas tidy, up to our high standards of quality, and provide exceptional service that reflects our award-finalist reputation

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Great at multitasking, organised, and eager to learn
• A strong communicator who can make both dogs and their owners feel at ease
