Role Overview


We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team on a 6-week temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some administration, customer service, hospitality, or reception experience who is looking to further develop their skills in a professional office environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing support to the Executive Assistants and wider team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage all front desk and reception duties
  • Coordinate courier deliveries and collections
  • Answer and triage incoming phone calls
  • Arrange catering for meetings and events
  • Replenish kitchen supplies and assist with basic kitchen upkeep
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants
  • Assist with general office coordination and ad hoc tasks


  • Skills, Knowledge and ExperiencePrevious reception, administration, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
