Description Hawley Troxell has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Boise office. This position performs clerical duties, including answering telephones and greeting guests/visitors, to support the daily business activities of the Boise office; assist with facilities issues; orders and manages office supplies; and assists with special projects as assigned. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize a busy workload. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint helpful.
